It is with renewed pride that Mira once again receives the European Championship and the European Youth Championship, in a happy partnership between the city Council, the International Racing pigeon Federation and the Portuguese Racing Pigeon Federation.
According to the invitation that we have send to you, the Portuguese Racing Pigeon Federation invites two Official Delegates of your Federation to attend the International Championships, which will take place in Portugal (Mira), in 31 of August 2019.
Therefore, we wish to inform you that the stay and nourishment of these two delegates will be on account of the Portuguese Racing Pigeon Federation.
